The Devil Horse is a 1926 American silent Western film directed by Fred Jackman.

A young boy and his family are traveling west in a wagon train when they are attacked by Native Americans. He and a colt named Rex are the only survivors of the massacre, and are taken captive by the Indians. Rex eventually escapes and becomes a wild stallion who tramples Indians to death, getting the name of "The Devil Horse." Years later, Carson has become an army scout after escaping the Indians and tasked to retrieve his Major's daughter as she has been kidnapped, he will find his long-lost friend Rex that will help him on this quest.
