The Wild Child

In this masterpiece by director François Truffaut, a young boy is found in a French forest and is unable to speak or function in society. This wild child's case is taken up by Dr. Itard (Truffaut), a physician who has an unyielding dedication to the lad. But the road to tame the beast is a rocky one, and Itard will have to work tirelessly to teach the boy how to reclaim his place in the world.
